Low fat cream butter, fat content 60%, is pure butter produced from pasteurized cream obtained from the best quality milk and containing only milk fat without any additives, especially without the addition of vegetable oils. It is a source of valuable fat-soluble vitamins. It contains calcium, vitamins (A, D, E and group B), the so-called healthy cholesterol.
