Beet green soup is a delicious, seasonal soup which can be served hot or cold.
2 bunches of young beet leaves
12% OSM Łowicz cream
Wash, peel and chop the young beet (wash the beet leaves too) and put it into the cold water. Peel and cut rest of the vegetables. The rib, pimento and bay leaf put into the pan, pour the water and make it boil. Next add the vegetables and lovage. When the vegetables get soft, add the young beet leaves, salt and lemon juice. When the soup is ready, pour it into the bowls, sprinkle it with parsley, dill and add a tablespoon of 12% OSM Łowicz cream.
